PRTR Reporting Time Frame. PRTR 報(bào)告的時(shí)間框架
There are 8 sections in PRTR including; PRTR中包括8個(gè)部分；
1) Mill Information 工廠信息
2) Energy and CO2 能源和CO2
3) Water Pollutant 水污染物
4) Air Pollutant 空氣污染物
5) Hazardous Waste Transfer 危害廢物轉(zhuǎn)移
6) Additional Information 附加信息
7) PRTR – Data Audit PRTR –數(shù)據(jù)審核
8) Detox (optional) Detox（可選）
To complete the PRTR form, please prepare the relevant data, report and information.
為填寫PRTR表格，請準(zhǔn)備相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)、報(bào)告和信息。
The procedure may be complicated for your first attempt therefore we have some time allowance for the whole process. Kindly pay attention to the deadline for each action to proceed your ECP application.
第一次填表過程可能比較復(fù)雜，因此我們寬限了整個(gè)過程的所需的時(shí)間。請注意ECP申請的每個(gè)步驟的時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)。
Timeline 時(shí)間軸Action 操作Applying ECP/,Online Submission,ECP申請／在線提交Before submitting the ECP self-audit,form in Supplier Exchange, the wet,processing facility MUST,register in IPE platform, download PRTR template and complete “Mill,Information” and “Water Pollutant” sections. 在向Supplier,Exchange提交 ECP 自我審核表格之前,濕處理工藝設(shè)施必須在IPE平臺進(jìn)行登記，下載PRTR模板并填寫 “工廠信息”和“水污染物”部分。
The wet processor must upload the PRTR,file which is requested in Minimum Standards: Document Request list in the,online self-audit form. 濕處理工藝設(shè)施必須上傳*低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所要求的PRTR文件：自我審核表格中的文件要求列表。
ECP Approval and number released,ECP獲準(zhǔn)和編號發(fā)布M&S will check the documents and review your submission.,瑪莎百貨將檢查和復(fù)審你方提交的文件。
The wet processor should now begin kindly prepare data for the remaining sections of the PRTR form; 濕處理加工廠現(xiàn)在應(yīng)該開始準(zhǔn)備PRTR表格中的其余部分的數(shù)據(jù)；
- Energy,and CO2 能源和CO2
- Air,Pollutant 空氣污染物
- Hazardous,Waste Transfer 危害廢物轉(zhuǎn)移
- Additional,Information 附加信息
Please note ECP is not approved if
supplier fails to submit relevant documents as requested in self-audit.請注意，如果供應(yīng)商未能按自我審核中的要求提交相關(guān)文件，ECP 將不會得到批準(zhǔn)。
Within 2 weeks after ECP approval
在 ECP獲批后的 2周內(nèi)The supplier must,COMPLETE the outstanding sections of the PRTR form;供應(yīng)商一定要完成 PRTR表格中還未完成的部分；
- Energy and CO2 能源和CO2
- Air pollutant 空氣污染物
- Hazardous waste transfer 危害廢棄物轉(zhuǎn)移
- Additional Information 附加信息
- PRTR – data audit PRTR –數(shù)據(jù)審核
(please note, “Detox” section is optional,請注意，“去毒Detox”部分是可選的)
Please,then ensure Wet Processor then submits the information to IPE-PRTR team at,email address PRTR@ipe.org.cn,for review. 請確定濕處理加工廠通過電子郵件將信息提交給IPE-PRTR團(tuán)隊(duì)復(fù)審，郵箱地址PRTR@ipe.org.cn。

This completed PRTR data must be
submitted to this IPE email address within 2 weeks after ECP approval. 在ECP獲批后的 2周內(nèi)，一定要將完整的PRTR數(shù)據(jù)提交到這個(gè) IPE郵箱地址
Within 3 months after ECP approval
在 ECP獲批后的 3月內(nèi)If any follow up action,is required following the IPE desk top audit, then the wet processor must,work with IPE on any corrective actions until they receive IPE approval. 如果在IPE桌面審核中有任何后續(xù)需要，濕處理加工廠商必須與配合IPE開展糾正行動，直到他們收到IPE的批準(zhǔn)。
IPE approval of the,desk top audit must be concluded within 3 months of ECP approval date. 在 ECP獲批的,3月內(nèi)，,IPE桌面審核的審批必須結(jié)束。
After completion, supplier must send completed PRTR with IPE
approval email to ECPMarksandSpencer@marks-and-spencer.com for record. 審批結(jié)束后，供應(yīng)商必須通過電子郵件把完整的PRTR連同IPE的批復(fù)一起發(fā)至ECPMarksandSpencer@marks-and-spencer.com 存檔。

IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE– 重要—請注意—
If the wet processor does not complete the PRTR disclosure process in the required time-frame, then the supplier will not be allowed to have their ECP renewed after 18 months. 如果濕處理加工廠沒有在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)完成PRTR披露程序，則供應(yīng)商在18個(gè)月后將不被允許對其ECP進(jìn)行更新
