螺桿空壓機(jī)進(jìn)氣閥工作原理
對(duì)于空壓機(jī)電磁閥的一個(gè)總的規(guī)律就是:電磁閥得電加載,失電卸載。有時(shí)候我們的設(shè)備有在卸載的情況下出現(xiàn)電流稍微有點(diǎn)大,22KW的卸載時(shí)電流有31A。初步懷疑進(jìn)氣閥沒關(guān)嚴(yán),因?yàn)樵跊]用氣的時(shí)候,機(jī)器卸載后,壓力還會(huì)慢慢上升,有時(shí)會(huì)高壓報(bào)警停機(jī)!而且在停機(jī)后,機(jī)器內(nèi)部還有一些殘余壓力無法卸放(在6公斤左右),導(dǎo)致再次啟動(dòng)時(shí),主機(jī)過載。
當(dāng)空壓機(jī)進(jìn)氣閥屬于常開式進(jìn)氣閥,壓縮機(jī)在沒有加載時(shí)電磁閥是打開的,壓縮機(jī)加載后電磁閥是關(guān)閉的.當(dāng)電磁閥打開時(shí),會(huì)有一路氣體去關(guān)閉進(jìn)氣閥,但是不能完全關(guān)死,還要保留進(jìn)氣空間,以維持壓縮機(jī)潤滑所需要的最小壓力,這個(gè)壓力一般在1.5bar;電磁閥關(guān)閉后,壓縮機(jī)會(huì)進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài),直至到設(shè)定的工作壓力,這取決于用戶.該進(jìn)氣閥有兩路管,一路放空;一路放掉閥中余氣,保證壓縮機(jī)正常加載。卸載時(shí),電流過大,說明罐壓較高,進(jìn)氣閥開度梢大,請(qǐng)調(diào)整放空螺釘,保證罐壓不會(huì)太高.
空壓機(jī)停機(jī)后,罐壓一般在60秒左右就可以完全排空,即壓力為0.而你的罐壓還有6bar,說明進(jìn)氣閥放空管路存在問題:1.可能是管路直徑過細(xì);2.組合閥孔口過小或是否雜物堵塞。
卸載后,壓力會(huì)有輕微的來回升高,但這個(gè)只是平衡需要,而且時(shí)間很短.不會(huì)上升到高壓停機(jī).高壓停機(jī)應(yīng)該是空壓機(jī)電磁閥存在問題,請(qǐng)檢查它是否完好,是否可以正常工作.不論什么樣的進(jìn)氣閥,都應(yīng)當(dāng)在卸載時(shí)維持罐壓在1.0~2.0BAR之間.過高對(duì)于空壓機(jī)的能量是很大的浪費(fèi)。

When unloading, current is too large, tank pressure is higher, the intake valve opening tip is big, please adjust the vent screw, ensure that tank pressure does not too high.
Air compressor after downtime, tank pressure generally within 60 seconds can be completely emptying, the pressure of 0. And you the tank pressure of 6 bar, shows that inlet valve vent piping problems: (1) may be pipe diameter carefully; 2. The combination valve orifice is too small or if sundry jam.
After unloading, the pressure may have a slight rise, back and forth with this just need balance, but time is short. Don"t rise to high downtime. High downtime should be air compressor mechanical and magnetic valve there is a problem, please check if it is in good condition, whether can work normal. No matter what kind of intake valve, shall be maintained when unloading tank pressure is between 1.0 ~ 2.0 BAR. Too much for the air compressor is a great waste of energy.
