最小壓力閥的作用：
1、最小壓力閥的作用是緩沖一下，當(dāng)機器在加載瞬間，我們假設(shè)排放到大氣中，機器內(nèi)部分離前與分離后產(chǎn)生的大壓差將全部加在分離器上，造成對分離器芯的傷害；
2 、機器油潤滑是靠機器本身的壓力差進行，沒有額外的油泵輔助，當(dāng)機器在空載狀態(tài)時，仍需一定壓力維持油循環(huán)，所以進氣閥門相對關(guān)閉，而最小壓力閥防止壓力泄漏，這樣保證潤滑油循環(huán)。
3、最小壓力閥主要起建立機組內(nèi)壓，促使?jié)櫥脱h(huán)、滿足減荷閥的工作壓力等作用。
4、另外最小壓力閥也起單向閥的作用，防止機組在卸載運行時儲氣罐中的壓縮空氣倒流至空壓機。
