　　1、確認(rèn)測量壓力的類型。壓力類型主要有表壓、絕壓、差壓等;表壓是指以大氣壓力為基準(zhǔn)，小于或大于大氣壓力的壓力;絕壓是指以絕對壓力零位為基準(zhǔn)，高于絕對壓力零位的壓力;差壓是指兩個壓力之間的差值?！　?、確認(rèn)待測壓力范圍。一般情況下，按實(shí)際測量壓力為壓力傳感器測量范圍的80%選型?！　?、確認(rèn)系統(tǒng)的最大過載。系統(tǒng)的最大過載應(yīng)小于壓力傳感器的過載保護(hù)極限，否則會影響產(chǎn)品的使用壽命甚至損壞產(chǎn)品。美國精量壓力傳感器都有2倍測量范圍的過載保護(hù)。　　4、確認(rèn)準(zhǔn)確度等級。壓力傳感器的測量誤差按準(zhǔn)確度等級進(jìn)行劃分，不同的準(zhǔn)確度對應(yīng)不同的基本誤差限;實(shí)際應(yīng)用中，根據(jù)測量誤差的控制要求并本著適用經(jīng)濟(jì)的原則進(jìn)行選型?！?/p>

1、測量范圍光精度高

　　測力傳感器可測0.01--1000000N的力，精度可達(dá)到0.05%FS以上;壓力傳感器可測0.1-1000000的壓力，精度可達(dá)到0.1%FS。

2、性能可靠，壽命長

　　如稱重式機(jī)械杠桿稱，由于杠桿、刀口等部分互相摩擦產(chǎn)生損耗和變形，欲長期保持其精度是相當(dāng)困難的，采用電阻應(yīng)變式稱重傳感器制成的電子泵、汽車衡、軌道衡等，能在惡劣的環(huán)境條件下長期穩(wěn)定工作。

3、頻率響應(yīng)特性極好
