1．檢查PLC供電是否正常。若POWER指示燈不亮，可檢查供電線路和熔斷器。
  2．檢查PLC系統(tǒng)。啟動(dòng)PLC查看“RUN”指示是否正常，有無(wú)報(bào)警發(fā)生。通常正在使用的PLC系統(tǒng)很難發(fā)生這種故障。
  3．I/O模塊的檢查。I/O模塊是CPU與外部控制對(duì)象溝通信息的通道，也是***容易損壞的部分，因此使維修的主要內(nèi)容。
  4．工作環(huán)境的檢查。主要影響的因素是溫度和濕度。5．固件的維修。當(dāng)確認(rèn)是PLC固件損壞，的辦法是更換新的備件。
