如圖D所示,面柱塞泵通常是在柱塞6的球頭加裝滑履(又稱滑靴)2,且缸孔中的壓力油可經(jīng)柱塞和滑履中間的小孔通至滑履油室,在滑履與斜盤的平面間,形成一靜壓推力支承,使柱塞和斜盤之間變?yōu)橛械拿?,從而大大了柱塞與斜盤的磨損及損失,使泵的工作壓力大幅。但其結(jié)構(gòu)也較復(fù)雜。圖D所示的球窩滑履與柱塞球頭大多是采用滾壓包球工藝鉸接而成。此外,還有連桿滑履[圖E(a)],它基本與球窩滑履相同,但球頭做在滑履1上,目的是使柱入缸體孔內(nèi)的深度深些,以連接部的強(qiáng)度和抗污染能力,壓在斜盤一端的支承平面上制成幾條同心圓槽3以形成輔助支承面,從而比壓;圖E(b)所示為帶預(yù)緊裝置的結(jié)構(gòu),它可避免在初始狀態(tài)(如停機(jī)等)下較大的污染物進(jìn)入球鉸結(jié)合面,了抗污染能力。
