工藝流程簡(jiǎn)介 

生活污水首先流至粗、細(xì)格柵去除粗大懸浮物及漂浮物后流入集水池，集水池出水經(jīng)泵（考慮來(lái)水埋深可能較深，故設(shè)置提升泵）提升至調(diào)節(jié)池，在池內(nèi)進(jìn)行均質(zhì)、均量的調(diào)節(jié)，出水經(jīng)提升泵提升至生化系統(tǒng)（缺氧池+接觸氧化池），在缺氧內(nèi)進(jìn)行反硝化，通過(guò)反硝化細(xì)菌將污水中的硝態(tài)氮（包括接觸氧化池混合液回流中的硝態(tài)氮）轉(zhuǎn)化為氮?dú)?，在接觸氧化池內(nèi)通入空氣，以滿足好氧菌對(duì)氧氣的需求，同時(shí)通過(guò)空氣攪拌使池內(nèi)污泥與污水充分混合，增加污水與好氧菌接觸機(jī)率，促進(jìn)水中污染物的降解，較快去除水中污染物質(zhì)；好氧池內(nèi)的出水自流進(jìn)入二沉池，進(jìn)行泥水分離；二沉池上清液經(jīng)消毒后達(dá)標(biāo)排放。 

二沉池的污泥排至污泥濃縮池，經(jīng)濃縮后送至帶式壓濾機(jī)脫水；脫水污泥外運(yùn)處置，污泥濃縮池上清液和帶機(jī)壓濾液回流至集水池。

水處理是指為使水質(zhì)達(dá)到一定使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而采取的物理、化學(xué)措施。飲用水的最低標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由環(huán)保部門(mén)制定。工業(yè)用水有自己的要求。水的溫度、顏色、透明度、氣味、味道等物理特性是判斷水質(zhì)好壞的基本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。水的化學(xué)特性，如其酸堿度、所溶解的固體物濃度和氧氣含量等，也是判斷水質(zhì)的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

水處理目的是提高水質(zhì)，使之達(dá)到某種水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。按處理方法的不同，有物理水處理、化學(xué)水處理、生物水處理等多種。按處理對(duì)象或目的的不同，有給水處理和廢水處理兩大類(lèi)。給水處理包括生活飲用水處理和工業(yè)用水處理兩類(lèi); 廢水處理又有生活污水處理和工業(yè)廢水處理之分。其中，與熱工技術(shù)關(guān)系特別密切的有從屬于工業(yè)用水處理范疇的鍋爐給水處理、補(bǔ)給水處理、汽輪機(jī)主凝結(jié)水處理以及循環(huán)水處理等。水處理對(duì)發(fā)展工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，保護(hù)人類(lèi)環(huán)境、維護(hù)生態(tài)平衡具有重要的意義。

Brief introduction of process flow

At the same time through the air stirred tank sludge and sewage mixed fully, increased contact with sewage aerobic bacteria to promote the degradation of pollutants in water by probability, the rapid removal of pollutants in water; the water flowing in the aerobic tank into the two into the settling tank. The mud water was separated and the supernatant of the two sink was discharged after disinfection.

Two sedimentation tank sludge discharged into the sludge thickening tank, concentrated and sent to the belt filter press dewatering; sludge dewatering Sinotrans disposal, sludge concentration in supernatant and filtrate returned to the sump pressure machine.
