With the development of economic globalization trend, the domestic imported food market is gradually opening, the development has the very mature stage, there is a growing demand of all kinds of food, also drives more businesses targeting the imported food this big fat, but more and more people just know how delicious imported food safety, get the favour of people, but know nothing about what it takes to import to domestic. In this case, blind imports encounter a series of problems, and the cost will even exceed the profits made by the products, resulting in heavy losses.

檢驗檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)對進(jìn)口食品的進(jìn)口商實施備案管理。進(jìn)口商應(yīng)當(dāng)事先向所在地檢驗檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)申請備案，并提供以下材料： 
（一）填制準(zhǔn)確完備的進(jìn)口商備案申請表； 
（二）工商營業(yè)執(zhí)照、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證書、法定代表人身份證明、對外貿(mào)易經(jīng)營者備案登記表等的復(fù)印件并交驗正本； 
（三）企業(yè)質(zhì)量安全管理制度； 
（四）與食品安全相關(guān)的組織機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、部門職能和崗位職責(zé)； 
（五）擬經(jīng)營的食品種類、存放地點； 
（六）兩年內(nèi)曾從事食品進(jìn)口、加工和銷售的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供相關(guān)說明（食品品種、數(shù)量）； 
（七）自理報檢的，應(yīng)當(dāng)提供自理報檢單位備案登記證明書復(fù)印件并交驗正本。
