PET系列合成紙油墨PET系列合成紙油墨專(zhuān)為PET基材印刷而設(shè)計(jì)，用于絲網(wǎng)印刷表面處理過(guò)的PET透明片材、PET亮銀、亞銀特多龍等，印品具有附著力強(qiáng)、墨層堅(jiān)韌、氣味低等特點(diǎn)。主要特點(diǎn) 附著牢度優(yōu)異、高柔韌性、網(wǎng)版穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)干燥快速?gòu)氐?、氣味低?適用基材 PET透明片材、PET亮銀、PET亞銀特多龍等。 干燥溶劑揮發(fā)型自然干燥。在室溫條件和空氣流通較好的前提下，印品一般在30-60分鐘內(nèi)自然表層干燥，實(shí)干24-48小時(shí)。 稀釋可加入5-15的PET-180進(jìn)行稀釋?zhuān)蝗绻ぷ鏖g溫度較高，為防止糊版，可用部分或全部PET-182慢干稀釋劑代替PET-180稀釋劑。在四色印刷時(shí)，油墨中加入5-10的PN893可降低油墨的干性，但對(duì)油墨的稀稠度影響不大。清洗 可用PET-185洗網(wǎng)水清洗網(wǎng)版。 罩光 使用PET-827罩光油罩印于其它顏色上，可提高印品光澤，增加耐磨擦性和耐候性。 沖淡使用PET-826（用于專(zhuān)色）或PET-460（用于四色）可沖淡油墨顏色的濃度，提高油墨的光澤和透明性，但油墨的耐候性會(huì)相應(yīng)降低。印刷面積 PET high covering silk screen printingink.
